AI Resume Screening
We collaborated with a recruitment firm to automate their resume screening and database entry process. The company received many resumes in various formats, making standardization a challenge.

We developed a system that automatically converts resumes into a standardized format and inputs them into a vector database. Using a large language model, we enhanced job-resume matching by understanding the content rather than just keywords like "2 years of experience." Also the vector database allows HR to perform natural language searches with synonyms. This enables efficient candidate filtering without needing exact keyword matches.
This solution streamlined the recruitment process, letting the HR team focus on evaluating candidates.
