AI Contract Management

We collaborated with a nursing home to simplify their contract management process. The facility often needed to create and update agreements between residents or their families, caregivers, and the facility itself. These agreements frequently needed changes, such as adjusting caregiver start times to meet residents' needs.​

 

To help, we organized and prepared the facility's past contract data and trained a large language model specialized in legal contracts. This AI model greatly reduced the time needed to create and modify agreements, allowing the facility to focus more on providing quality care.

 

We also built a cloud system that continuously collects new data and trains the model in real-time. This ensures that the AI solution stays current and becomes even more effective. This implementation has saved the nursing home a lot of time, enabling caregivers to focus more on health care rather than paperwork.
